Question: How slippery for dogs?

Answer: Not really slippery, my German Shepherd has good traction on it.  

Question: Can the hammock be put on the left side of the car, hence the opening is on the left back passenger seat? A mirror image of the photo shown.

Answer: The Half Hammock can be used on either side of the seat.  

Question: Will this work with headrest that are built in and don't move?

Answer: Yes. The straps that go around both the front and back headrests are adjustable and have a clip. Very easy to set up and take down.
